LEGAL

Terms and Conditions

Effective July 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the BookFlow OS website and services operated by CBM Agency. By accessing the website, requesting a demo, purchasing, or using BookFlow, you agree to these terms. A separate service agreement or order form may contain additional terms and will control if there is a conflict.

Eligibility and business use

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use BookFlow only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity conducted through your accounts and connected services.

Services and implementation

BookFlow may include lead capture, automated responses, follow-up workflows, scheduling, payment connections, reporting, and third-party integrations. Exact features, implementation scope, fees, and timelines are defined in your proposal, order form, or service agreement.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent to contact leads and customers, maintaining accurate business information, securing your credentials, complying with messaging and privacy laws, and using connected platforms in accordance with their terms.

Fees and payment

Fees are due according to the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, or service agreement. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, setup work and payments are non-refundable once work begins. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of service.

Third-party services

BookFlow may connect with third-party platforms. We do not control their availability, policies, pricing, security, or changes. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, and disruptions caused by a third-party service are outside our control.

No guaranteed business outcome

BookFlow is designed to improve lead response and booking operations, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, calls, sales, rankings, or revenue. Results depend on factors including demand, offer quality, pricing, staff performance, traffic, market conditions, and your use of the system.

Intellectual property

BookFlow, its software, website, branding, workflows, copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CBM Agency. You receive only the limited rights necessary to use the services under your agreement and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookFlow and CBM Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or material breach. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to bookings@cbmagencymiami.com.
